HILTON AND RESORTS CANADA Our call center is expanding! If you are customer-service oriented and like to learn new skills and solve problems, then this job could be ideal for you!
You will be working in a contact center environment providing 1st line support to our customers, handling enquirers and troubleshooting technical issues. You will be working within a dynamic team environment, where you will be given full training
What are we looking for in our new team
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Confidence using computer systems
Attention to detail with accurate recording of information
Remain calm under pressure
Engage with people and build positive working relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Languages- German, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
This area of our call centre is open 24 hours a day, so you will be required to work shifts including nights and weekends.
Package details
12 month contract
£19,000 per annum
